TAILEVA PURCHASE OPTIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: December 7, 2025

This Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the ways you can purchase products from Taileva (“Taileva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), how recurring subscriptions work, and how you can cancel. It is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. By placing an order or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to this Policy.

1. Purchase Options

We offer the following purchase options, where available:

  • One-Time Purchase: A single order at the standard price, with no recurring charges.

  • Subscription (“Subscribe & Save”): A recurring order delivered automatically at the frequency you select, typically at a discounted price, billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Bundles and Multi-Packs: Multiple items sold together at a combined price, available as one-time or subscription purchases.

Product availability, pricing, discounts, and the purchase options offered for any given product may change at any time without notice. The option you select is shown and confirmed at checkout.

2. Cancelling a One-Time Purchase

Because we process orders quickly, you may request cancellation of a one-time purchase within 1 hour of placing it by contacting support@taileva.com or calling [Insert Phone Number]. We will cancel the order if it has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Returns and Refunds Policy. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method, less any payment-processing fees actually incurred.

3. How Subscriptions Work

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis, at the frequency you select (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days), at the then-current subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel.

  • Your subscription renews automatically and continues indefinitely until cancelled by you or by us.

  • The price, billing frequency, and next order date are disclosed to you at the time of enrollment and are available in your account.

  • Subscription pricing may differ from one-time pricing. Any subscription discount applies only while the subscription remains active and in good standing.

AUTO-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE: Your subscription is a continuous, automatically renewing offer. You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless and until you cancel. We will obtain your affirmative consent to these terms at the point of enrollment, as required by applicable law.

4. Renewal Reminders and Notices

Where required by applicable law, and as a matter of good practice, we will send reminder notices before subscription orders renew or ship, and before any free trial or promotional period converts to a paid subscription. Reminders are sent to the email address on file. It is your responsibility to keep your contact and payment information current.

5. How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, easily and without charge to cancel, using any of the following methods. Cancellation is available through the same online channel you used to subscribe:

  • Online: Log in to your account and cancel from your subscription dashboard.

  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@taileva.com.

  • Phone: Call [Insert Phone Number] during business hours.

To stop your next order, please cancel before that order enters processing (the cutoff date is shown in your account and is generally shortly before your next scheduled order). If you cancel after an order has already entered processing or shipped, that order will be fulfilled and charged, and may be handled as a return under our Returns and Refunds Policy, but no further orders will be charged.

Cancellation takes effect for all future billing cycles. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

6. Modifying, Pausing, or Skipping

As an alternative to cancelling, you may be able to modify your subscription — for example, change the product, quantity, or delivery frequency, skip an upcoming order, or pause deliveries — through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Changes must be made before your next order enters processing to apply to that order.

7. Subscription Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If the price of your subscription increases, we will provide advance notice (at least 30 days, or longer where required by law) to the email address on file before the new price takes effect. The new price will apply to renewals occurring after the notice period. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not agree to the new price.

8. Failed or Declined Payments

If a subscription payment is declined or fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again over a limited period and may contact you to update your payment information. We may suspend or cancel a subscription for non-payment. You remain responsible for amounts due for products already shipped to you.

9. Cancellation or Suspension by Taileva

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, SUSPEND, OR DECLINE TO RENEW ANY SUBSCRIPTION OR PURCHASE, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, including for payment failure, product discontinuation or unavailability, suspected fraud or abuse, excessive returns or chargebacks, geographic restrictions, or violation of our Terms of Service. Where a subscription is cancelled by us, we will not charge you for orders not yet shipped.

10. Refunds Following Cancellation

Cancellation stops future charges but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of charges already made or orders already shipped. Any refund or return of a product that has already shipped is governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. If you received a subscription discount and return multiple orders, we may recalculate and recover the difference between the subscription and one-time prices, as described in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

11. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If you accept a free trial or introductory promotional offer that converts into a paid subscription, the terms of that offer — including the trial length, the date the paid subscription begins, and the recurring price — will be disclosed to you at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard recurring price. You may cancel during the trial or promotional period using the methods in Section 5.

12. Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory applicable law. Where a provision conflicts with such rights, it applies only to the extent permitted.

United States — Automatic Renewal Laws

For subscriptions governed by U.S. federal and state automatic-renewal and negative-option laws (including the FTC's rules and the California, and other state, automatic renewal statutes): the recurring nature, billing frequency, and price are disclosed clearly and conspicuously before you subscribe; we obtain your affirmative consent; we provide an acknowledgment with cancellation information; and we provide a simple, online mechanism to cancel that is at least as easy as the method you used to subscribe.

European Union and United Kingdom

Consumers in the EEA and UK may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance purchases within 14 days, subject to exceptions (including sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, and goods liable to deteriorate quickly). These rights are in addition to the cancellation options described above and are explained further in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Australia and New Zealand

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Canada

Provincial consumer protection legislation, including rules on cancellation of future-performance and recurring contracts, may provide additional rights. Quebec residents: certain provisions may not apply where they conflict with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time in our sole discretion. The current version is always posted on our website with the “Effective Date” shown above. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the Services or maintenance of a subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
